• Consultations
• Completion of mandatory Title 26 family law forms
• Advice and guidance within LLLT scope of practice in your family law matter

Paralegal Services: 

• Special projects performed under attorney supervision by experienced paralegal with an ABA approved ATA in Paralegal Studies

Notary Services:

• Traveling Notary Public 

LLLT Services are provided at the hourly rate of $85.00 as set forth in a written fee agreement

Consultations require a .5 hour minimum payable at the time of appointment

Completion of family law forms may be billed at a flat fee which is determined upon the complexity involved and rates will be set forth in a written fee agreement

RP® Paralegal Services are provided at either an hourly rate or flat fee as agreed upon per project

Traveling Notary Public Services are $10.00 per signature and a travel fee based on the location
